A large 18th Century tapestry, wonderfully decorative and an excellent subject, recently sourced on a French buying trip depicting figures in a wooded glade with a chateau in the background. Very good bright colours and great condition, although there may have been some historic restoration it was wonderfully done. Large and imposing panel and always difficult to find in this condition.
