A French Empire period commode or chest of drawers in plum pudding mahogany of superb colour. Consisting of three large oak lined drawers with original lion mask handles and escutcheons . And original St. Anne grey and white variegated marble above. Good proportions ( not being too tall ) and excellent original condition, recently cleaned and waxed and all drawers made to run smoothly. An elegant and practical example.
