A very large pair of Baroque 18th Century Italian altar s . In carved wood with silver gilt. Wonderful patina with rubbing and some small losses commensurate with their early date. Great scale and unusual to source a pair of this quality. Height is without the later painted wooden candle drips, but they have been converted for electricity but can easily be electrified or put back to their original condition. A striking pair and very decorative.
